Work Schedule
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Flexibility to work weekends, extended hours, and holidays are required if necessary.
General Description
Provide customers with an extraordinary service by answering calls through a telephone box and walk-in customers. Listen to the customers and identify problems, offer alternatives and solve the needs of the customer. Provide general orientation about insurance products, policies, payments, collections, among others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provides day- to- day support to the Sale Center with the creation of customers file and policy require documentation.
- Handle electronic customers’ requests.
- Offer information about initiatives of insurance policies, provides proactive customer outreach and handle customer complaints.
- Handle customers service request related to policies issued, payment processing, copy of policy to customer, mortgagee, and any other creditor, certificate of insurance and compulsory insurance vouchers and or premium returns.
- Proactively listen to the customer and identify insurance needs of potential and existing customers.
- Offer orientation about property valuation for insurance purposes to ascertain that policy limits are according to current replacement cost.
- Receive and document insurance claims.
- Contact pre-determined clients as a strategy to retain customers portfolio and improve premium collection.
- Outbound calls to customers regarding payments and/or policies issues.
- Process finance contract as per customer’s request.
- Manage Institutional account compulsory insurance voucher process.
Education
24 approved credits or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Three months to one year of related experience.

- Excellent customer service approach and focus.
- Positive attitude and disposition to listen, understand, attention to detail, identify problems, offer alternatives and solve the needs of our customers.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities with the purpose of offering various popular products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, and communication with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work as a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with clients.
- Initiative and judgment to seek solutions and make decisions within the delegated responsibility.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Ability to manage various systems (includes, but is not limited to Outlook, Microsoft Office, among others).
- This position requires working sitting and using telephone equipment.
