General Description

As a Sr. Product Manager within Digital Banking, you are responsible for the end-of-the-end product development cycle and are passionate about delivering customer centric solutions and experiences. You will set the long-term vision and product line level strategy, have strong product development and process design skills and excel in both strategy development and execution. You will lead and mentor junior product team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and articulate product line vision, aligning stakeholders ensuring everyone understands the vision and the strategy.
• Influence and collaborate with business stakeholders and a cross-functional team(s) to define the strategy and build a complete product roadmap, making sure the sequence is aligned with company goals and brings value to customers.
• Partner with the research team to understand customer behaviors, sentiments and attitudes towards our products and design experiences that will enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to proactively identify product feature opportunities, close competitive gaps, and understand competitive trends to inform the product roadmap.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (cont.)

• Build business cases for new value propositions, as well as enhancements to existing value propositions, based on customer needs and competitive landscape. Responsible for analyzing business value, including feasibility and viability assessments.
• Define, measure, and provide visibility of product metrics, including performance, adoption, usability profitability while emphasizing achievement of OKRs.
• Evaluate risks to plan and delivery and leverage data to identify mitigations to make informed choices.
• Manage and mentor a small team to help mature our product management practice.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.

Experience

Five+ (5) years of combined experience in Fraud and/or Security product management and designing compelling front-to-back customer experiences within the financial services industry.

• Operational/Regulations Processes: Knowledge of budget administration, resources allocation, organization’s policies, and regulations. Ability to establish, conduct and track operational processes properly.
• Computer and Technological Skills: Proficient in MS Office 365. Experience with platforms, databases, servers, design, and programming tools. Proficient with tools such as: JIRA, Confluence; and data visualization tools such as: Power BI, among others. Understanding of key design principles knowledge about programs.
