Sr. Organizational Development Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Organizational Development Consultant with a proven track record in leading organizational change strategies and across a portfolio of change projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading organizational change and organizational development initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and in using the ADKAR model consistently (Prosci). They will collaborate with peer OD/change practitioners to ensure the successful execution of change initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans, leveraging the ADKAR model, to support the successful execution of complex organizational change or transformational change initiatives.
• Design and facilitate OD interventions for leaders and leadership teams for assigned client groups. Must have experience and confidence leading and facilitating executive-level stakeholders.
• Apply established change mgmt. framework, tools, and systems across projects. These include risk management plan, stakeholder impact analysis, communication plan, measurement, and resistance management, and aligning with COEs in HR (e.g., Learning & Development for learning/training plan).
• Proactively diagnose and assess organizational development needs, and work with internal partners to design solutions to address gaps and opportunities.
• In collaboration with peer OD/change practitioners, analyze and provide visibility about change initiatives, including collisions, potential change fatigue and compounding stakeholder impacts surfacing from overlapping changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (within and outside of HR) to assess change impacts, identify stakeholders, and develop communication and engagement strategies aligned with the ADKAR model.
• Measure and evaluate change strategies to determine change adoption and measure ROI of change efforts vs. impact; be able to turn data/measurement into concrete insights and recommendations.
• Provide expertise, best practices, and coaching project teams and organizational stakeholders throughout the change management process, fostering a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Design and facilitate leadership and team building workshops, exercises, or programs to enhance the cohesiveness of teams.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and communications (Spanish and English) for executive audiences; present OD/change management strategies and progress updates to senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for driving successful outcomes.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness and sustainability of change management initiatives, and adjust strategies and plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in leading and executing change management for complex organizational changes.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on the ADKAR framework.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
Minimum Education
• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Leadership, or Industrial Psychology (or related degree)
Experience
A minimum of 8-10 years of related experience.
Preferred Certifications / Licenses
• Prosci - Change Management certification
• Organizational Development
• Coaching
• Strong written and spoken Spanish and English abilities
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
