Segment Marketing


The Marketing Coordinator works to facilitate segment marketing initiatives, working closely with the Marketing, Business Owners, Product, Legal and Compliance teams along with other key business unit stakeholders. The Coordinator must be resourceful, highly motivated, and possess exceptional project and organizational skills that operate effectively in a deadline driven environment. We work in a highly collaborative, creative environment that values each team member’s contribution toward delivering high quality projects.
 

In this position, you will:

 

  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels; prepare plans, and objectives; plan and organize presentations; and update marketing timelines
     
  • Manage creative and production timelines, champion use of tools and processes to optimize outputs
     
  • Coordinate across teams with development, creative, proofing, production, and tracking for all marketing projects and needs to ensure milestones are achieved in a timely manner
     
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to stakeholders including project status and potential issues. Ensure that delays and issues are dealt with in a productive and efficient manner
     
  • Adjust schedules and negotiate extensions when necessary to product and business teams
     
  • Research competitive campaigns and offering by segment, identify trends and prepare regular reports
     
  • Present marketing plan and results at stakeholder meetings
     
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis against established goals by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
     
  • Manage campaign and project budgets
     
  • Lead special projects and ad hoc assignments as assigned
     

To be considered, you will need:

 

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
     
  • Project Management experience
     
  • Familiarity with Excel and all MS Office products
     
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and switch focus quickly
     
  • A collaborative communication style
     
  • Creative problem-solving skills
     
  • Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
     
  • BA or BS in a related field is preferable
