US CRA Compliance

We are looking for an experience CRA/HMDA Compliance Analyst to support our Compliance Team in New York, NY on a temporary basis. In this role, you will track and analyze our lending, investments, and community development services to ensure we meet the needs of the communities we serve.
 

In this position, you will:

  • Utilize CRA Wiz software to produce CRA performance reports for Lending (Community Development, HMDA, & Small Business)
     
  • Assist in the preparation and integrity of HMDA and CRA data
     
  • Track CRA-related investments and services
     
  • Collect and build economic, demographic, and performance data to ensure that the Bank’s CRA objectives and performance goals are met
     
  • Participate in CRA Committee
     
  • Maintain relationships with community based, charitable, and non-profit organizations and identify opportunities for CRA investments, donations and community development loans; create partnerships to promote volunteer opportunities
     
  • Develop and facilitate periodic CRA training
     
  • Maintain the Bank’s CRA public file as required by the Community Reinvestment Act
     
  • Other duties as assigned
     

To be considered, you will need:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two or more years CRA related experience and/or training
  • Experience and familiarity with CRA Wiz
  • Knowledge of the Community Reinvestment Act and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act
  • Ability to understand and interpret CRA statistical data analysis
