General Description

Review mortgage loan documents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing CRIM applications.  Refer retentions for non-resident vendors. Support in all matters related to interface validation and information logging in MSP. Prepare monthly reports on the different tasks of the department. To coordinate special projects according to the operational needs. Assist in the Mortgage closure.

Minimum Education

+ 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved in Business Administration

Experience

Basic knowledge in mortgage banking or clerical, office experience..

Other Qualifications

  • Analytical and highly organized.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time.
  • Team work oriented and able to have good interpersonal relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language, verbal and written (Bilingual)
  • Knowledge and experience working with MS Office programs such as Word, Excel (Intermediate) and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in law and regulations of Mortgage Industry (preferably).
