Administrative Assistant
General Description
Support the manager and the Corporate Banking Business Relations officers (Deposits and Services) in achieving business objectives and customer service in the private commercial sector.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Attentively listen to customers to address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Proactively prevent and resolve customer issues.
• Apply sales and customer service skills effectively.
• Act as a liaison between the customer, RO, CMS, Bank Processor and several other units of the organization.
• Provide support and follow up to external and internal units.
• Support the group's TLs in organizing schedules, filing documents, coordinating meetings, and preparing expense reports for officers, including the manager. Provide administrative support to officers and CMS.
• Support officers in entering customer corporate card cases by CLP and follow up to ensure the customer picks them up at our offices.
• Complete auditor confirmations for clients as requested.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education
Experience
Two years of experience in customer service and banking. Preferably with knowledge of commercial products and services, sales, implementation, and operations.
Other Qualifications
• Effective oral and written communication skills in Spanish (advanced level) and English (fluent)
• Proficiency in various systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to verify data integrity.
• Positive attitude, active listening skills, and attention to detail.
• Initiative and sound judgment in problem-solving and decision-making within assigned responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Demonstrates the ability to present numerical data clearly and accurately.
• Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on a team and with little supervision.
