General Description

Administers and supports Black Knight’s MSP application to ensure the correct performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·       Responsible for administering the applications assigned. 

·       Experience in IT Controls, and manage all requirements in compliance with InfoSec and internal/external audits

·       Manage recurring procedures and validate application usability and monitor system stability, ensuring that all operational tasks run error-free and application performance is optimal.

·       Maintain documentations of all procedures managed in the application up to date. 

·       Collaborate in the coordination of annual schedule for the assigned applications. 

·       Support analysis request and investigation.

·       Manage incidents to ensure all incidents are analyzed, diagnosed, reported, communicated to stakeholders and documented. Recommend new controls to avoid incidents. 

·       Manage Release Management/System enhancement process and coordinate release schedules.

·       Establish planning and execution of tests, usability and certification of application releases and changes. 

·       Ensure inclusion and integration of other applications that may impact owned application performances. 

·       Manage ad-hoc requests of the applications in charge. 

·       Support new projects’ development. 

·       Support project documentation procedures, identifying requirements, risks and quality parameters. 

·       Manage efficiency in tasks; assisting in client’s requests, estimating cost and time.   

·       Establish planning and execution of tests, usability and certification of application releases and changes. 

·       Prepare and conduct training programs for application deployments and upgrades, if necessary.   

·       Ensure compliance with BPPR policies. 

·       Ensure that time frames are met according to all requirements. 

·       Manage customers’ complaints. 

·       Train users and support units in current systems functionalities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

Experience

5+ years of experience as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Black Knight's MSP application, required. 5+ years of experience with scripting functionalities in Black Knight's MSP application, required.
