Business Analyst

General Description

Analyze the results and business processes and statistical data to design improvements that optimize internal processes. Document the status of division initiatives. Analyze their impact and recommend documenting the impact on the operation after being implemented. Conceptualize and choose the best way to measure the in Analyze business processes, design functional models to understand business requirements and identify trends and needs for changes to current processes. Identify friction points. Create Dashboards and tools for data visualization for decision making. Recommend solutions. Support the business by implementing the suggested changes, coordinate functional tests and provide follow-up to said results to analyze the impact of initiatives. Synthesis of information and suggestions for implementation. Support the division in any other business management as required. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Measure the result and impact of the division's initiatives according to the established schedule. 
• Analyze, suggest and implement the best way to measure the impact of each division project. 
• Classify and organize the list of requests according to impact and cost / benefit to make the best use of existing resources. 
• Document the department's initiatives and support their coordination. 
• Suggest and lead strategies to optimize the operation. 
• The position requires the candidate to have self-initiative and to constantly look for ways to improve the operation and to be able to work with little or no supervision. 
• Intermediate or advanced command of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
• Excellent data and research analysis and interpretation skills. • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively. 
• Develop and generate creative solutions to ensure that the results are as expected according to the analysis. 
• Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines. 
• Ability to develop and implement efficiency strategies and improvements in business processes. 
• Ability to synthesize and/or summarize complex or diverse information. 
• Excellent communication skills and command of the English and Spanish language, both oral and written. 
• Ability to present recommendations to management and the units we support. 
• Orientation towards customer service, excellent interpersonal relationships and ability to interact with different work teams. 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This Job has no supervisory responsibilities but in special circumstances may lead the work of others.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar concentration from an accredited university. 

Experience

• Minimum of one year of work experience in Call Center analysis. 
• Experience in responsibilities in the development of solutions, processes and strategies to achieve business opportunities; analysis of results and business processes. 

Additional Information

• Professional certifications: PMP, CPA, Scrum Master, Agile, Design Thinking. 
• Background or studies in Industrial Engineering 
• Experience in project management roles, Lean, Agile or Sig sigma. 
• Command of information management programs or visualization systems such as: Power BI, Power Query, MsAccess, Cognos, SQL Server.
