General Description
Responsible for managing and processing life insurance and annuity applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficiency in transaction approvals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Complete life insurance and annuity applications for both individual and commercial clients.
• Obtain client signatures through the DocuSign system.
• Submit applications for principal approval, ensuring all required disclosures and supporting documentation (personal, corporate, trust-related, etc.) are included.
• Monitor and follow up on approval processes to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of all submitted cases and track progress to guarantee efficient processing.
• Address corrections and requests from the principal to expedite approvals.
• Collect life insurance policy payments or assist clients with payment processing through the appropriate system.
• Manage withdrawals from qualified and non-qualified annuities.
• Process ownership changes, contract cancellations, and death claims.
• Update referral information in the system.
• Keep detailed records of all cases, including submission and approval dates, sales team involvement, and transaction details.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Note: Related experience refers to the professional background related to the responsibilities and skills required for the position.
Experience
Experience in insurance management, annuities, or financial services.
Customer service experience.
Additional Requirements
• Effective oral and written communication skills in Spanish (advanced level) and English (intermediate level)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of finance
• Dynamic and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
