Full Time Opportunity

General Description

Establish and manage relationships with Act 20 customers by addressing their needs for financial products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop effective relationship with customers in order to identify solutions to their banking needs in accordance to best practices.

Execute products management, orientation and services related matters to define cash management and banking transactions needs.

Develop new credit and non-credit businesses by increasing the portfolio of commercial deposits, loans and other banking services. 

Anticipate client needs and new opportunities based in Know Your Customer standards.

Lead the implementation of services and products in coordination with different areas and policies.

Manage all aspects of customer profile documentation and transaction analysis in accordance with banking regulations (KYC/BSA).

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration


Five years of experience in relationship management based on KYC/BSA practices and business development.
