General Description
This role is responsible in Analytics & Reporting for Individual Lending Services Division for designing, optimizing, and automating data capabilities that enable accurate, timely, and scalable financial reporting, analytics, and strategic insights.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the Division’s reporting infrastructure to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Conducts financial and operational analyses.
- Monitors performance against the Division’s assigned budget, and delivers insights that help improve efficiency and strategic planning.
- Designs and manages dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, and usability.
- Consolidates information and creates dashboards for use in management decision making.
- Working closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Translates business needs into effective analytical solutions and provides timely, actionable information that supports the Division’s goals and operational excellence.
- Prepares and presents business solutions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This Job has no supervisory responsibilities but in special circumstances may lead the work of others.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Minimum two (2) years of experience in an analytical environment, including business analysis, dashboards development, data extraction and reporting.
Other Qualifications
- Experience with database management.
- Knowledge of financial concepts and budget management.
- Ability to present and interact with all levels of management including executive leadership.
- Ability and capacity to present complex quantitative data in a simple and intuitive format.
- Ability and capacity to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented, organized, exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, agile, and able to work independently and on multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Strong group presentation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Tools, such as Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and Spanish.
