General Description

 

You will be joining the Customer Experience Strategy team. Our objective is to ensure that products and services offered by Popular deliver the most value for the customer and we do this by using a human-centered design approach.

As a Business Analyst, you will execute qualitative and quantitative research, perform visual and data-driven analysis, as well as craft deliverables that delight all stakeholders.

Through hard work, creative thinking, empathy, honesty, humility, and humor you will help identify opportunities and craft tangible solutions for Popular to deliver great customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Documents project data and manages it in an organized manner.
  • Documents project results. Crafts high quality deliverables on time by innovating in the way we deliver information, paying great attention to detail, and articulating thoughtful content.
  • Coordinates stakeholder engagements (including but not limited to meetings, user testing, workshops). Collaborates in developing and facilitating activities.
  • Conducts qualitative and quantitative research using ethnographic methods as well as data analysis tools.
  • Synthesize information, using visual thinking tools (such as journey mapping, stakeholder maps, bundling, etc) and traditional data-driven analysis.
  • Defines business needs and opportunities. Translates insights into recommendations and concept prototypes by integrating feedback from users.
  • Uses and develops proven methods and metrics to track the impact of the projects and work done by the team. Consolidate information and creates delightful and thoughtful dashboards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.

Experience

One to three years+ of relevant work experience. Experience with data analysis, systems analysis, process improvement, customer experience, human-centered design, project management, business analysis, or other related fields are preferred.
