Full Time Opportunity

General Description

Lead and manage the execution of the Transformation Sprints (“T-Sprints”) and Kaizen events for the Operational Excellence Office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end mapping processes (from client interaction to closure) and value-added analyses (process maps, VSMs, …).
  • Lead and implement standard work as baseline for continuous improvement.
  • Pursue and get buy-in support from area leadership and key stakeholders
  • Conduct problem solving sessions.
  • Design and implement process RACIs (responsible, accountable, consulted and informed), where applicable.
  • Lead the implementation of 5S needs identified through area walkthroughs.
  • Assign and monitor resource allocation and establish project prioritization.
  • Define and set up KPIs and SLAs.
  • Set up visual management and daily huddles dynamics.
  • Design performance mgmt. structure and meetings.
  • Monitor and remove roadblocks impacting transformations and process improvements.
  • Identify needs and ensure mindsets and behaviors are incorporated in all designs and implementations in coordination with the “Enabling Infrastructure” employees, Our People and Real Estate.
  • Identify new opportunities related to the T-Sprint and coordinate the appropriate timing for implementation.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in order to achieve goals and ensure the successful completion of the transformations.
  • Provide deep process improvement and LEAN expertise by leading/coaching team members.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering

Experience

Minimum three to five years of experience in business analysis and/or process improvement transformations projects.

 

Other Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge on process efficiency tools and methodologies such as design thinking, lean, agile, six sigma, customer journey mapping, and analytics.
