Systems Administrator
About the Role
The System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the applications and systems that support the Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Auto Financing business units. This role ensures system stability, oversees integrations, coordinates with vendors, and supports the implementation of new functionalities aligned with business strategies.
You will collaborate with technology teams, service providers, and business stakeholders to ensure that systems operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and implement new system functionalities, products, and services aligned with the strategic objectives of the Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Auto Financing business units.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee system‑related projects to ensure timely completion, proper communication, and seamless integration across all related applications.
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve system incidents, ensuring timely mitigation and long‑term solutions to maintain system stability and availability.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, providing system evidence, and implementing recommended corrective actions.
- Document and manage recurring and ad‑hoc system procedures, requirements, risks, and configuration parameters established by the business units.
- Review and validate invoices submitted by technology vendors to ensure accuracy and alignment with supported systems.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions related to system functionality, updates, or new releases.
- Identify opportunities for operational and functional improvements within the systems, considering business needs and efficiency goals.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Preferred: Experience with systems related to personal loan origination, credit card processing, or auto financing; or operational knowledge of these business lines.
Required Qualifications
- Technical capability to support system design, testing, configuration, and development.
- Knowledge of task management, requirements gathering, and system documentation.
- Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Analytical skills to gather information, evaluate processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to make proactive, sound, and timely decisions.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers, supervisors, and business partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to interpret information and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high‑quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related tools.
- Full command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
