Customer Success Officer

General Description

This role works closely with internal stakeholders across relationship management, credit, fraud, commercial support centers, and credit card systems, while also engaging directly with client program administrators, finance leaders, procurement managers, and technical contacts, as needed. The position supports a growing corporate portfolio and contributes directly to client retention, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day support for assigned corporate clients using commercial credit card products.
•    Lead onboarding, training, and setup activities for new and existing clients, including controls, alerts, reporting, and platform usage.
•    Serve as a key advisor to program administrators and client stakeholders on product features, best practices, and operational processes.
•    Monitor portfolio activity, spending behavior, rebate performance, and client trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
•    Prepare and interpret reports, dashboards, and management summaries for internal teams and clients.
•    Coordinate the resolution of operational issues such as declines, delinquency situations, reconciliation questions, and file transmission incidents.
•    Partner with internal teams across relationship management, credit, fraud, legal, finance, and systems support.
•    Support clients with transaction file integration and coordination related to ERP and accounting system interfaces.
•    Recommend improvements that strengthen client experience, product adoption, and portfolio performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience

At least three years of related experience.

Other Qualifications


•    Experience in customer service, client support, credit cards, commercial banking, treasury services, card operations, or related financial services roles.
•    Knowledge of commercial credit card products, including controls, reporting, rebates, and client administration.
•    Understanding of card operations, file transmission processes, reconciliation, and ERP or accounting system integrations.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and make actionable recommendations.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to time-sensitive client needs.
•    Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
•    Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
•    Familiarity with Visa and Mastercard operating requirements is a plus.
