General Description
Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account corporate goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop integrated revenue/expense analysis, projections, reports, and presentations. Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. Assists in the development of the budget, planning, and other corporate financial requirements. Gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, acquisition activity, new business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts. Establish databases of pertinent information as a tool for analyzing future plans and forecasts. Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to management. Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

Education
Experience
At least three years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
- Team-worker, multitasker and positive working attitude.
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written - Spanish/English)
- Less than 2 yrs. of experience in credit and/or financial analytical tasks
- Competent working with CL 2000, bank’s administrative systems, Moody’s analytics, documentum, excel, word, power point, and any other program or application relevant to his role.
- Diligent and thorough maintaining credit files’ compliance and completeness (teaming up with administrative assistant).
- Efficient and reliable coordinating and monitoring (transactions, advances, extensions, renewals) with Commercial Credit Operational Support Unit (Mayra Rechani), handling documentation issues with Collateral Review Unit, and resolving processing situations with the Loan Control Division.
- Strong knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC policies and requirements.
- Basic knowledge of commercial noncredit products and services.
- Knowledgeable of our credit policy and key regulatory matters
- Basic knowledge of relevant credit legal matters.
- Diligent monitoring and resolving collateral and delinquency reports’ matters
- Resourceful researching and synthesizing pertinent economic, market and industry data.
- Prompt and dependable obtaining and entering financial data from customers in our spreading system. Effective identifying, understanding and explaining relevant fluctuations and trends from the “spreads”.
- Average proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling and understanding clients’ projections.
