HR Associate - Seasonal


General Description

The Human Resources Associate role in the Learning and Development department is responsible for coordinating all training logistics associated with Learning and Development programs.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages LMS (Success Factors) and keeps registrations, attendance, and record-keeping up-to-date following established guidelines.
  • Plan, prepare and monitor the production of all training materials for each session.  
  • Ensures that all training session requirements are met according to course design and specifications (room setup, necessary materials, and facility conditions, among others).
  • Provide support to on-site facilitators to guarantee that the learning experience occurs as designed.
  • Support functional instructional design activities such as presentation designs, activities and exercises design, facilitators preparation, among others.  
  • Administer, scores, keeps record, and inform results of different course tests as defined by internal processes and guidelines.
  • Proactively identifies and communicates, any observed situation or opportunity area of the session.
  • Support program evaluations and prepare reports presenting course analysis, participation, and presentations for their learning projects.
  • Manages online learning platforms and provides learners’ support.
  • Promote learner registrations and platform use via internal communication channels.
  • May include other clerical and/or administrative tasks

 

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Labor Relations or Psychology.



Experience

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in logistics/tasks coordination, human resources or learning and development functions.

 


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Project Management: Ability to work with minimum supervision.  
  • Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality.
  • Excellent organization capacity to define priorities, work with multipletasks, meet deadlines, and be flexible to change.  
  • Knowledge of project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports.  
  • Must demonstrate leadership, logic, structure, attention to detail and reasoning skills.
  • Instructional design: Knowledge in developing content using practical adult learning methodologies.
  • Operational/Regulations Processes: Knowledge of resources allocation, organization’s policies, and regulations.  
  • Ability to establish, conduct and track operational processes properly, and implement changes.
  • Excellent customer service, task coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed with demonstrated high levels of productivity and structure.
  • Able to multi-task many projects simultaneously, with minimal supervision, with a positive attitude ensuring attention to detail, and accuracy within the required timeframe.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork/partnering skills with both internal and external colleagues.
  • Willing to travel to different regional training centers located on the metro and other areas, if required.
  • Excellent ability to write and design learning presentations.
  • Excellent oral and written communications in both Spanish and English.
