Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the sourcing of IT providers goods and services, negotiations and onboarding requirements to achieve IT projects goals and ensure compliance with risk parameters. This includes IT operational risk evaluation and vendor information analysis to determine the vendor ranking and level of oversight required. Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define IT Vendor requirements, scope and objectives. Actively lead communications to assure oversight requirements for allocated IT providers portfolio, including onsite visits to monitor Network Management, Information Distribution and Transmission, Data Centers, Database Management, Record Retention, Disposal of Media, Imaging Systems, Help Desk Services, Technology Inventory/Infrastructure, Storage Backup and Encryption, Item Processing, Distributed and Mainframe Infrastructure and Vendor Awareness and Training. Support Corporate Customers Business proposals and IT related requests.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Experience

3+ years’ experience in information systems or technology fields. Experience with IT projects, audits, risk assessments and/or vendor management highly preferred.

  • Very strong business writing and verbal communication (and presentation) skills; in both Spanish and English
