General Description
Under general supervision, this position provides a broad range of routine administrative and general support duties for one or more areas of the Data Services including, but not limited to, Data Entry, Setups, and Billing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Is responsible for the operational tasks associated with customers. The Analyst will ensure that all requests are processed in a timely manner; and provide a high level of service to both internal and external clients, as well as team members.
• Receive and review customer agreements.
• Process customer set-up requests.
• Create customer files documenting customer service agreements, initial account set-up, subsequent maintenance, billing, and service claims.
• Provide technical assistance to Cash Mgmt. Sales staff in the Region as well as external customers.
• Track customer inquiries and claims and submit statistics to the management.
• Refer any customized product requests to product management team.
• Keep all team members aware of any relevant situation regarding their customers.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls related to BSA and transferring funds.
• Adhere to established projects as assigned.
• Handle customer service calls directly as required.
• Assist with the training of new staff members
Education
A minimum of 60 credits approved or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Note: Related experience refers to the professional background related to the responsibilities and skills required for the position
Experience
At least two (2) years of experience in customer service and banking operations.
Additional Requirements
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English (fluent) and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and telephone etiquette.
• Adaptability to change with a positive, continuous learning mindset.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize daily workflow to ensure all requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

Hybrid work schedule
Monday to Friday- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during Daylight Saving Time)
Flexibility to work non-business hours, holidays, and weekend when needed.
