Operations Analyst (Seasonal)

General Description
The Operations Analyst performs maintenance and configuration of commercial products and services across multiple applications and platforms for BPPR and VI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the configuration of over 35 commercial products and services across multiple applications and platforms, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Provide support and service to Branches, Relationship Officers, and Operational Departments related to the commercial products.
- Analyze and identify efficient solutions to optimize the management of commercial products and applications.
- Provide backup support during other team members’ absences.
Education
60 approved credits or equivalent combination of education and related experience
Note: Related experience refers to the professional background related to the responsibilities and skills required for the position.
Experience
Experience in customer service is required.
Experience in commercial banking products and operations is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Effective oral and written communication skills in Spanish (advanced level) and English (intermediate level).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Teams and Outlook.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify situations, look for alternatives and make good decisions.
- Basic knowledge of ACH, WIRE, accounts information, IDA, Credit Cards among others.
