General Description

Lease Assistants will be end to end owners of contracts assigned to them, where a proactive approach to its completion is expected, while maintaining expected quality levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible of meeting service level and quality expectations in contract preparation.
  • Service times for contract preparation will be 2 hrs after receipt of invoice and 3 days in document follow up and submission to CD.
  • Quality of documents should be less than 5% of submitted cases.
  • Will be end to end owner of contract preparation.
  • Responsible in keeping inventory at acceptable levels.
  • Will follow up with Executive, Dealer or client, as needed, to obtain pending requirements.
  • Responsible for documenting case status in system.
  • Will maintain visibility of cases in inventory.
  • Work diligently on returned cases from CD.
  • Work closely with Credit Department to complete requirements for case approval.
  • Channel all service calls to Customer Service assistants.


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration


At least two years of related experience.

Other Qualifications

  • Skills to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
  • Ability to identify problems, analyze their cause and apply rules to real situations.
  • Knowledge of the rules of formality by telephone.
  • Excellent willingness to understand clients, be empathetic and explain complex situations.
  • Sense of urgency to deal with situations.
  • Intermediate domain of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
