General Description

Sell, promote & guide Popular Auto's leasing business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for clients follow ups and visiting the dealers to offer guidance on the advantages of the leasing product. Comply with the budget established by the Corporation and delivered by the Unit Manager. Follow up the portfolio of units to expire, with no less than 120 days for refinancing or unit change. Perform the entry of data (origination of requests), according to the Rules and Procedures of Popular auto, Manual Leasing and Credit Policy and print the contracts in the PADA and / or ACAPS system. Follow up the requests that are in the drawer (BDS, Pipeline) documenting in the ACAPS system and / or PADA, so that the business is approved and posted (BK).

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration

Experience

One to two years related experience.

Excellent sales and service strategy.
Skills of interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
Excellent disposition to understand clients, be empathetic and explain complex situations.
Skills to work with multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure.
Ability to identify problems, analyze their cause and apply rules to real situations.

Other Qualifications (Cont.)

Knowledge of formality rules by telephone.
Sense of urgency to address situations.
Intermediate command of the English language.
Intermediate domain of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
