HR Associate | Retirement Benefits Operations

Job Title: HR Associate

 

General Description

Respond to internal customers’ questions and general inquiries related to Retirement Plan and Savings and Investment Plan processes and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all walk-in customer service requests, inbound customer calls and written correspondences.  Build rapport with each customer.  Actively listen to customers’ requests and inquires and resolve them according the established period.  Provide internal customers orientation about Our People processes, and policies related to the Retirement Plan and the Savings and Investment Plan.  Process all transactions related to the Savings and Investment Plan.  Document in detail all interactions with customers.  Refer some situations to Our People specialized units.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Labor Relations or Psychology.

Experience

Two (2) years of experience in the human resources field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's)

  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous initiatives, self-direct and task switch between strategic and tactical initiatives regularly.
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office 365 (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint). 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
