HR Specialist
The HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition supports full-cycle recruiting efforts for the US market across entry-level, customer-facing, and professional roles. This role manages high-volume requisitions while also supporting professional hiring for business, analytical, and administrative positions.
The position emphasizes execution excellence, compliance, candidate experience, and hiring manager partnership, while actively promoting internal mobility and strengthening the employer brand across US talent markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment activities.
- Support hiring for a variety of roles, including branch, operational, administrative roles, and professional-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define selection criteria, and align on hiring timelines.
Candidate Experience & Hiring Execution
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience aligned with service-level expectations and best practices.
- Conduct timely pre-screening and assessments using defined knockout questions and structured interview guides.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including disposition and offer notifications.
- Identify and redirect qualified candidates to alternate roles when appropriate.
Sourcing & Market Outreach
- Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and internal talent pools to attract qualified US-based talent.
- Support outreach initiatives, including job fairs, community events, and virtual recruiting efforts, to increase employer brand visibility.
- Actively maintain a professional LinkedIn presence and share job opportunities to support pipeline development.
Internal Mobility
- Promote and support internal hiring by identifying employees with transferable skills and growth potential.
- Partner with hiring managers to evaluate internal candidates objectively and in alignment with internal mobility guidelines.
- Ensure internal applicants are processed fairly, consistently, and within established timelines.
Compliance, Systems & Documentation
- Ensure full compliance with internal recruiting procedures, pre-employment requirements, and audit standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete candidate records in SuccessFactors, including interview feedback and hiring documentation.
- Coordinate timely submission of required documentation to CRV and other internal stakeholders.
- Support onboarding readiness by ensuring all recruitment-related documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Continuous Improvement & Development
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen knowledge of recruiting practices, US labor market trends, and assigned job families.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting recruitment or HR operations; experience with high-volume or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Exposure to professional or corporate recruiting is a plus.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not negotiable.
