The Senior Projects Coordinator plays a strategic role in leading and managing initiatives that support the Marketing Division. This position ensures the successful execution of projects by aligning resources, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and maintaining clear communication across teams. The coordinator is responsible for tracking progress, developing executive-level presentations, and supporting process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Leads the coordination and implementation of strategic projects for the Marketing Division.
- Plans, coordinates, and manages short- and long-term objectives related to strategic initiatives to facilitate collaboration and meet or exceed goals.
- Develops project plans, timelines, budgets, and procedures.
- Ensures proper resource allocation and continuous project monitoring.
- Collaborates with team members to define work plans, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines.
- Maintains project documentation and tracks progress.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Develops presentations and project reports for SMT, BOD, and internal meetings.
- Works closely with the Division Manager and Managers to create and refine various types of presentations, analyses, and reports.
- Acts as a key liaison between internal departments such as Strategic Planning, Business Units, and Marketing.
Operational Analysis & Process Support
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and strategic solutions.
- Ensures data integrity and quality across all reporting and analysis efforts.
- Translates data insights into actionable recommendations that support strategic direction.
- Coordinates and supports the revision of internal processes, metrics, programs, and policies.
Compliance & Administrative Oversight
- Supports compliance and vendor management functions as part of Marketing administration.
- Follows internal policies and procedures related to contract development and invoice processing.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements to protect confidential and sensitive customer information.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration from a four-year college or university.
- At least five years of related experience in project coordination and presentations to management.
- Highly skilled at developing impactful presentations and business reports, integrating current design trends and data storytelling techniques.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Advanced in Spanish and English (written and oral).
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook.
