General Description

Innovative and detail-oriented, the Senior Digital Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and delivering special projects within established time, budget, and quality. The position leads the development and implementation of segments and personalization strategies of the Marketing Division, which combines offline channels, email customer journeys, and digital media. Position requires familiarity with Salesforce Marketing modules or industry-leading data-management platforms. Analyzes and presents results and recommendations for optimizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead the development of automated customer journeys for segmentation and personalization initiatives to support business lines in the following areas:

  • Create mapping, identify segments, define key performance indicators, coordinate content development for landing pages and email messaging, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Implement project management skills such Agile methodology to develop strategies, serve as a negotiator and a liaison between business units and support teams - including meetings, project planning, periodical performance update, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with corresponding units to implement Marketing strategies and plans in personalization and customer journey efforts.
  • Liaison with Advertising & Digital Marketing agencies and other internal units such as Marketing Analytics, Customer Engagement & Personalization and Compliance.
  • Launch and monitor promotional direct mail, emails, and automations programs. 
  • Ensure high-quality content and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (cont.)

  • Develop and establish plan, timeframe, budget, procedures for accomplishing project requirements and allocation of available resources.  Responsible of project’s monitoring and vendor management. 
  • Ensure buy-in from team members to work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Sets deadlines, maintains project documentation, plans, and reports, monitors, and summarizes progress of project. 
  • Lead and coordinate activities of team members to ensure project progress on schedule and within prescribed timeframe and budget. 
  • Support regulatory compliance of personalized campaigns and website. 
  • Monitor performance of campaigns. Develops monthly or as per needed reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts mainly digital.
  • Translate raw data into coherent information about consumer behavior and online sales trends to inform marketing strategies they create.
  • Generate analytics reports and facilitate processes to translate data insights into strategic direction, while assuring data integrity and quality.
  • Follow policies and processes related to the Vendor Management process, including contract risk assessment and invoices payment.
  • Comply with the regulatory process to protect confidential and other sensitive customer related information. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Experience

Five (5) years of experience in digital marketing, email and landing page development, digital media, system automations, data analysis, and project management.

Certifications / Licenses

Agile and PMP are preferred but not required. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA's)

  • Ability to prioritize and work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision, self-direct and task switch between strategic and tactical initiatives regularly.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Written Communication: (English and Spanish) Advanced writing skills, with exceptional spelling and grammar. Oral Communication: (English and Spanish) Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Polished in English and Spanish, preparing presentations, executive summaries, and business reports for executive audiences. Excellent report-writing and presentation skills. 
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of one or more of the following software’s: Word Processing, Presentations, Spreadsheet, HTML, Google Analytics, Excel, Power BI, data-management platforms, Salesforce, and other related cloud-based software. Proficient in the use of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prepare clear and comprehensive presentations and reports.
  • Project Management Skills: Capable of working with multiple requests simultaneously, always assuring a high-quality product. Able to work under tight deadlines and large volume. Knowledge of project coordination, Agile methodology, identification of business needs, work plan, time management, and status reports. Must demonstrate leadership, advance analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, logic; and reasoning skills.
  • Marketing/Product Management: Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics.
