General Description
We are looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst under Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Governance to support practice operations, reporting, and continuous improvement across the Enterprise Architecture division. This role helps coordinate operational cadences, track divisional accomplishments and highlights, organize team activities, prepare reports that demonstrate practice improvements, and support the processes, documentation, metrics, and governance routines that enable the division to operate effectively. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and documentation skills, both in Spanish and English, with the ability to coordinate across Enterprise Architecture, Technology, Delivery, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Practice Operations and Reporting
- Support team operations by coordinating recurring cadences, work tracking, reporting routines, and cross-team follow-up across the division
- Track accomplishments, highlights, milestones, and key contributions across EA teams to support leadership visibility, communications, and planning
- Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries that demonstrate practice improvements, operational progress, and value delivered by the division
- Organize team activities, working sessions, governance forums, and internal engagement events, including agenda preparation, logistics, notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up tracking
- Support operational processes such as intake, prioritization, assignment coordination, ticket tracking, status monitoring, and stakeholder follow-up, as needed by the unit
- Maintain accurate operational records for divisional initiatives, decisions, meeting outcomes, metrics, reports, improvement actions, and related documentation
- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps, documenting opportunities, and helping standardize workflows, templates, reporting practices, and operating routines across the division.
Requirements, Analysis, and Design Support
- Analyze EA processes, operational data, reporting needs, documentation, and team feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct interviews and working sessions with architects, delivery teams, business partners, and other stakeholders to clarify needs and process requirements.
- Translate business, architecture, and operational needs into clear requirements, workflows, reports, dashboards, templates, and procedures.
- Document stakeholder understanding, decisions, dependencies, action items, and acceptance of process deliverables, reports, and related operational changes.
Education
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of combined technical, business analysis, process analysis, or technology operations experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong documentation, note-taking, follow-up, and executive-ready communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, levels, and technical expertise.
- Ability to translate between business, technology, delivery, and architecture stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional work, governance forums, operational cadences, or review processes.
- Proficient in business process analysis, requirements gathering, project planning, functional design, and operational reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem diagnosis, and issue follow-up skills, with ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Visio; experience with workflow, ticketing, dashboard, or collaboration tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving follow-up across stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience in financial services or banking is a plus.
- Experience with agile, architecture governance, technology delivery, Jira, Kanban, Power Apps, SharePoint, or metrics/reporting is a plus.
Role focus: EA Strategy & Governance practice operations, divisional reporting, team coordination, accomplishments tracking, process improvement support, and performance visibility across the Enterprise Architecture division.
