Sr Corporate Communications Officer

General Description

We are seeking a highly qualified bilingual (Spanish & English) communications professional with a proven ability to connect ideas, brands, and audiences. The Senior Corporate Communications Officer will develop and execute internal and external communication strategies that engage audiences, convey key messages, and deliver measurable impact. This role partners with business units across the bank to ensure communications align with strategic objectives. Success requires creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail across traditional media, digital platforms, and corporate events.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary communications advisor for assigned business units, providing tailored support aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Design and implement communication strategies to enhance brand recognition and audience engagement.
  • Manage media relations, coordinate interviews, and secure coverage across press, radio, TV, and digital channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media aligned with organizational messaging.
  • Lead planning and execution of corporate and experiential events.
  • Manage communication budgets and optimize resources.
  • Monitor performance metrics, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience: 7–10+ years of directly relevant professional
