Sr Program Manager | Project Change Management
The Change Portfolio Manager role sits within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) of the Corporate Strategy and Transformation Division. This role will guide executives, initiative leaders and teams by developing and implementing change adoption strategies for new or improved solutions and processes that impact employees or customers. Ensure these changes are smoothly and successfully integrated into the transformation plans, with proper sequencing and prioritization, considering the roles required to adopt them. This involves assessing the impact of changes, engaging with stakeholders, providing recommendations to sequence project launches and providing training and support to initiative leads with the goal of increasing the adoption success rate while maximizing the benefits of the changes introduced.
Center of Excellence (CoE) Governance for Project Change Management

Establish a Center of Excellence, define and oversee the roles and responsibilities of the CoE.

Develop a CoE activity roadmap to clarify the scope, evolution, and maturity of work supporting and evolving the project change management process.

Establish and deploy a project change management framework.
-
Create guiding principles, training templates, and a comprehensive training catalog tied to the necessary skills for each lead.

Establish and enforce transition processes from project to business-as-usual for scalability of adoption strategies in future enhancements.

Develop project change management responsibilities for the TMO Senior Program Managers.

Hire, manage contractors and third-party vendors for staff augmentation when change management activities are required by certain initiatives while ensuring adherence to CoE standards and frameworks.

Standardize impact levels across the company.
Corporate Intake Process

Pilot a corporate intake process to identify and manage all changes impacting different roles to improve adoption and employee experience.

Ensure minimal impact on employee workflow and experience by recommending optimal sequencing and structuring required work.

Assess the impact of postponing efforts and provide recommendations.

Identify the roles that are absorbing more change and strategize integrated training and communication plans.

Prepare presentations, visualizations, trends, and recommendations based on results.
Portfolio Management
-
Connect risks and delays maintained in the Transformation Program Governance Portfolio maintained by TMO and the Sr. Program Managers to anticipate changes to adoption plans.

Change adoption of new processes and technology monitoring and sustainability. Define and monitor KPIs for adoption success measurements.

Establish a centralized report for all upcoming releases and required adoptions.

Continuously evaluate initiatives for adherence to project change management standards and best practices.
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, psychology, business administration, finance, or a similar field preferred.

Master’s Degree or additional certifications highly preferred.

Experience
-
At least 10 years of experience managing teams and projects.

Proven ability to work under pressure, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities.

Proactively monitor, identify, and mitigate risks, issues, and trigger events across multiple interdependent initiatives that require to be adopted by the same role.
-
Extensive experience with diverse executive stakeholders to influence buy-in, engagement, and support.
-
In-depth experience monitoring team performance.
