Full-Time Position

We are looking for a System Analyst for the Technology Management Division to help cost-effectively implement technology solutions by determining the requirements of an initiative, communicating them clearly to stakeholders, and ensuring high level of quality of the delivered product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Find innovative ways to improve an existing process to make it more efficient or more effective.
  • Writes user stories that are clear, concise, easy to understand, and implemented by the development team.
  • Group stories into themes and epics as necessary.
  • Integrates the needs of several different stakeholders to produce an overall solution.
  • Defines acceptance criteria and creates test cases for certification and user acceptance. Participates in Integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Functionality Testing.
  • Gather data to help determine the prioritization of work items.
  • Conduct and analyze primary research on users, competitors, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring releases are deployed successfully. May require off-hour and weekend on-call support periodically.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with SLAs. Engages appropriate IT/business users to resolve technical issues and support business processes.
  • Partners to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. Ensures that accurate and effective solutions are provided to end users. Can train users on the system.
  • Ensures end-user support needs are met with a high quality of service.

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Banking Operations knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Preferred Certifications
  • Agile (Product Owner, Scrum Master)

  • Skills and Abilities
  • Use pertinent software applications and prepare and maintain accurate records.
  • Required to read technical information, compose various documents, and/or facilitate group discussions, and solve practical problems.
  • Flexibility is required to work with others in various circumstances, analyze data utilizing defined but different processes, and operate equipment using standardized methods.
  • Work with a significant diversity of individuals and/or groups.
  • Problem-solving is required to identify issues and create action plans.
