General Description

Applies skills as an experienced professional to ensure the security of atm’s platforms. Recommends methods and techniques to achieve optimal results and helps establish a culture of security across the organization. Creates processes to support high quality security operations, with real-time monitoring of security and compliance environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Functional subject matter expert towards our Retail, Marketing and Service Departments, users and Senior Management
  • Active consulting, guiding, and influencing of business stakeholders
  • Support business cases and influence key decision makers (on IT and business side)
  • Collaborate with management on roadmaps and represent the business unit’s stakeholders
  • Implementation of prototypes and proof of concepts, leading design sessions as well as organization and executing of sprints
  • Conceptualization, design, and implementation of innovative solutions
  • Provide user support and troubleshooting
  • Analyze business processes and data flows across the systems landscape
  • Understand business problems and articulate systems solution design to technical and non-technical audience such as senior management and relate to a business problem


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
Master's Degree


  • 2+ years hands-on experience in Windows and Linux.
  • Experience in IT services, development or system operations.
  • Experience installing, configuring, patching, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and waterfall SDLC methodologies
  • Experience in Design Thinking methodologies
  • Strong presenter to C Suite level audiences as well as technical teams.
  • Ability to effectively leverage multiple implementation team types (User experience, Change Management, Development Teams, Citizen Developers)
  • Preferred knowledge in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM), NetOp Remote Control and IBM Big Fix
