Both Full Time and Part Time positions will require a Full Time training period:

  • Training starts on September 5, 2019
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

General Description

Provides customers excellent telephone service to assure the retention and growth of clients’ portfolio ensuring that customers receive the best service possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyzes client needs of service and claims, evaluates the different alternatives to satisfy them, and makes decisions to resolve them immediately.  Promotes cross sales of financial products and services.  Solves situations within the authority frame granted or refers those that are outside his/her authority.  Provide information regarding products and services offered by Popular, such as loans, credit cards, credit lines, payments to vendors, balance inquires, and other.

 

Education
+ 60 Bachelor's degree credits approved
Experience

At least two years of related experience.

Other Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone skills and telephone etiquette.
  • PC Skills including knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Detail oriented with analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
