General Description

Manage the accounting for the assigned retirement plans. Maintain strong client relationships and oversee plan’s day-to-day plan activities to ensure excellent service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage assigned plans in accordance with customer service agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and client expectations.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
• Execute plan contributions and distributions, and manage fund purchase and sales, ensuring all transactions follow customer instructions and plan guidelines.
• Reconcile assigned retirement plan accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Complete Form 5500 annual filings and perform nondiscrimination testing as required by law.
• Collaborate with the different audits which the Division is subject to.

Education

Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.

Experience

Customer service experience is required.

Experience related to retirement savings plans is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills in both Spanish (advanced level) and English (intermediate level).
• General knowledge of retirement savings plans, including applicable regulations and fiduciary requirements.
• Excellent skills in teamwork and interpersonal relationships.
• Knowledge of the Bank's policies related to BSA/KYC.
• Ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent skills in identifying needs, analyzing processes and situations, and solving problems.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Work Schedule

Hybrid work schedule
Monday to Friday- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Availability to work extended hours, holidays and weekends.
