General Description

Manages trust accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and technical tasks related to the processing and accounting payments of 401k Retirement Plans and Pension distributions.
  • Prepare and coordinate federal and state tax payments retained from distributions.
  • Respond to client calls and service requests and tend to their needs adequately, including claims.
  • Make any accounting entries that come about from the claims.
  • Comply with IRS and Hacienda regulations.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance


At least two years of related experience.

Additional Information

  • High level of organization, able to establish priorities, work with multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge in federal and state laws that govern the Fiduciary Services industry and/or related activities
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge in MS Office programs like: Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Available to work extended hours, weekends and holidays
