Mortgage Supervisor

General Description

Supervises and coordinates work of the employees as well as processes and operations within a particular unit by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises at least 2 full time employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Coach and develop employees. Foster a spirit of teamwork that allows for disagreement over ideas as well as diversity.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration

Experience

At least 3-years related experience.
