General Description

Welcomes customers at branches and direct them to the appropriate service area, platform or operations. Offer customer orientation regarding banking products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Register customers on branch’s computer system.  Follow-up Bank Consultants to assure clients are served within established quality service standards.  Perform simple transactions, such as: account balance verification, validation and emission of ATM card, check reorders, address change, stop payments.  Support platform and operations on activities and sales initiatives.  Assure that all branch areas are organized and clean.  Follow standard operating procedures and comply with Quality Service Standards. Complete transactions/documents according to all banking regulations, including BSA/AML, and other Corporate guidelines or procedures.
