IT Strategic Partner
Description:
Works as the strategic interface with the assigned Business Area/Group Charged with communicating the voice of the customer and achieving both customer and market success. Manager for the purpose of business-IT strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. These individuals serve as the relationship linkage between the business and Technology and Evertec.
In this position, you will:
- Serve as a “trusted advisor,” and function as a key point of contact for IT business stakeholders.
- Provide highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance throughout key Information Technology initiatives.
- Track the overall market and competitive dynamics.
- Manage the long-term roadmap based on needs from customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff.
- Represent Technology by promoting ITD’s vision, value, services, and capabilities.
- Work with Technology product owners to ensure services meet the Corporation priorities and needs.
To be considered, you will need:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field preferred
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Skills; Fluent in English and Spanish
- Master’s Degree, or additional Certifications a plus
Work Experience:
- Required >7 years’ experience leading and managing IT projects or IT areas
- Managed one or more projects involving multiple functional areas
- Experience managing projects or budgets of over $1M
- Required experience managing C-Level executives
