Popular Assoc Mgmt

Analyzes and controls administrative process to facilitate and simplify operations and verifies compliance with established procedures to achieve the unit’s result by performing the following duties:

In this position, you will:

  • Conducts research, compiles data, and types statistical reports, presentations and proposals. 

  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. 

  • Evaluates and controls administrative processes, simplifying operations and processes, to optimized unit results.

  • Gives support to assure the compliance of established objectives, plans and procedures.  Gives orientation to clients about unit services.

  • Performs administrative tasks (i.e. request reimbursements, payments) representing the company. 

  • In some cases, negotiates with vendors, government agencies, external consultants about availability, time, service due date, and service charge (within an authorized margin of discretion).

  • Have involvement with lending and marketing side.

  •  

To be considered, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • One to two years related experience.

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following softwares: Word Processing, Presentations, Spreadsheet, Internet, Internal Business softwares, other related software.

  • Knowledge of administrative/ office procedures and systems such as word processing, file and record management, transcription, form design, and other office procedures. Also have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
