Creative Marketing

As the Creative Manager, you will shape and lead Popular Bank's brand identity and creative vision across all marketing channels. This role demands a dynamic, hands-on leader who can bridge strategy and execution, driving end-to-end brand experience and aligning content with the bank’s vision for modern, accessible banking. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful creative content that resonates with customers and sets Popular Bank apart in the industry.

 

In this position, you will:

 

Key Responsibilities:
 
Lead and Inspire Creative Vision

  • Brand Stewardship: Set the visual tone and maintain Popular Bank’s brand identity, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to brand standards across print, digital, social, and out-of-home channels.
  • Content Strategy Development: Work with senior leadership to establish a creative and content strategy that aligns with Popular Bank’s objectives and resonates across diverse customer touchpoints.
  • Innovation and Competitive Analysis: Regularly review industry trends and competitor strategies, driving Popular Bank’s content to lead the industry in creativity and impact.

 
Strategic Leadership in Marketing Campaigns

  • Campaign Development: Guide the ideation, design, and production of campaign materials that reflect Popular Bank’s brand and marketing goals. Participate in high-level campaign strategy sessions to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply a test-and-learn approach to refine strategies based on audience engagement and performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate across departments and with external partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences that support Popular Bank’s mission.

 
Design Excellence and Execution

  • Creative Oversight: Ensure high-quality creative execution, from concept through final production, delivering projects that are both visually compelling and technically sound.
  • Technical Guidance: Oversee a multidisciplinary team, including designs, animations, and copy writers, fostering a collaborative and quality-focused work environment.
  • Brand Evolution: Continuously iterate and enhance Popular Bank’s brand guidelines to keep pace with evolving customer and industry needs.

 
Operational and Cross-Functional Support

  • Organizational Influence: Support all of Marketing by representing the creative vision at internal and external meetings, managing partnerships, and promoting a cohesive, goal-oriented mindset within the creative team and across departments.
  • Compliance and Brand Integrity: Ensure that all content is in compliance with regulatory requirements and aligns with the bank’s brand standards.
     

To be considered, you will need:


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of design and brand experience, with strong strategic and conceptual abilities and a portfolio that exemplifies innovation, craftsmanship, attention to detail.
  • Creative Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in design, photography, typography, and digital advertising, including 2D/3D animation, live-action, and still photography.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects), and Figma.
  • Leadership Qualities: Self-directed and adaptable, with a proven ability to inspire and lead teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Design Portfolio: Please provide design portfolio and any use case.

 

Salary Range Information

  
Our base salary for this position located in New York generally ranges between  $130,000.00 and $140,000.00  annually, depending on business need and on your qualifications and experience. Base salary does not include incentive compensation, commission, or any other type of remuneration or benefits.
